Recommended dosage are 8-12 pieces a day, but do not exceed a maximum of 15 pieces a day. After 3 months, you should gradually reduce the number of gums consumed each day until only 1-2 daily gums are required, then you should stop using the gums. Any spare gum should be retained, as cravings may suddenly return.

RYZE uses nicotine in the form of Nicotine Resinate 13.3mg, equivalent to 2mg of nicotine.
